HDMA’s Return and Exchange Policy

Electronic Files, CD-ROMs, and Online Service Subscriptions

All sales are final on electronic files including CD-ROMs, files delivered via e-mail, and online service subscriptions (e.g. PDMA Lawbooks Online). Payment for electronic files,CD-ROMs, and online subscription services are not refundable. Only defective CDs maybe exchanged for the SAME item. Please note that payment is required prior to the delivery of electronic files, CD-ROMs and online service subscriptions.

Printed Publications

Returns for printed publications (which are returned to HDMA in saleable condition) will be accepted for 30 days from the original date of purchase. A restocking fee of 10% of list price will be charged on all returned merchandise that is returned for reasons other than our shipping error or damaged items. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns & exchanges unless the item was damaged during shipping.

All Sales Final

Any items purchased at a sale price are considered a final sale. No exceptions.
